Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

  1. Discount Eligibility

    • Once the loyalty card is fully stamped, the client is entitled to 20% off their next eligible service.

    • The 20% discount does NOT apply to file and paint gel services.

    • Loyalty card stamps are not applied to membership treatments, as these services are already discounted.

  2. Card Responsibility

    • It is the client’s responsibility to keep the loyalty card safe and bring it to each appointment.

    • Loyalty cards will not be reissued if lost, damaged, or misplaced.

    • Stamps cannot be added retroactively if the card is not presented at the appointment.

  3. One Card Per Client

    • Each loyalty card is strictly non-transferable.

    • Clients cannot share, combine, or switch loyalty cards under any circumstances.

  4. Discount Ownership

    • The discount is applied only to the client whose card contains the earned stamps.

    • Stamps and discounts cannot be transferred, gifted, or used by any other client.

  5. Program Integrity​

    • Terms may be updated at any time.
